Design and Landscaping for New Build House
Challenge
Commissioned to design the front and rear gardens for this Modern new build including the installation of a new swimming pool. Putting together a complete package of plans and specifications for planning permission submission. Detailed specification and tender documents were used for the selection of a Landscaping company, cumulating in Eden Landscaping carrying out the project build.
Value
This project was technically challenging and required some innovative planning. The ground was heavy London clay and required the installation of extensive drainage before any landscaping could take place. The client brief included a swimming pool and lots of planting.
This project totally transformed both the front and rear garden, creating lots of spaces for entertaining and for the clients growing young family to explore and use the garden.
